We are YOUR CXO FBO!

General Aviation Services Jet Center has been providing general aviation services at Lone Star Executive Airport, now known as Conroe-North Houston Regional Airport, since 1982. That makes us CXO’s original FBO. We are independent, family-owned, and offer everything from fuel to education, supplies, and maintenance. Like a marina is to boats, we are the premier landing spot for corporate and private aircraft.

Who is behind GAS?

My name is Chad Henrich, and I own General Aviation Services Jet Center. I took over the business roughly two years ago with the hopes of building on what is already the perfect combination of unmatched aviation services and hometown traditions and values.

A little bit about me: I have been an airline pilot for 17 years and currently fly for United Express. I live 15 minutes down the road with my lovely wife and two kids. Anyone who knows me will tell you that’s a good thing because I live and breathe the aviation industry – and I never slow down. I can’t sit for more than 30 seconds because, well, there always has to be something to do or get better at as a business owner.

I grew up in Indiana and went to Purdue University for business management. I have always loved the aviation side of businesses, so when our previous owner decided it was time to retire, I saw GAS as the perfect opportunity to roll up my sleeves and get to work as a business owner in the field I love.

This company continues to grow every year, and I can’t wait to see how the next 15 or 20 years turn out.

Over the years we’ve found that even the most experienced pilots need someone they can trust to make sure there are no hiccups during their travels, so we created a service center that really does cover all your needs from A to Z. In this day and age, you can’t put a price tag on having that type of comprehensive partner at your fingertips.

Our services here at General Aviation Services Jet Center run the gamut. We’ve been asked to do everything from perform diagnostics to servicing entire hydraulic and electrical systems. We even offer a pilot lounge and conference room to meet the needs of our corporate customers.

More importantly, we are more personable than a get-in-and-get-out type of service center. Our dedicated staff makes our customers feel welcome and at home. We take the time to know your name when you walk through our front door.

Yes, we are the little guy in the profession. Yes, we have plenty of competition out there. But the customers who rely on us every single day wouldn’t trust their aircraft needs to anyone else.

I wanted to reach out and commend you on your FBO and employees at KCXO. Last week I flew a puppy rescue mission from Phoenix, AZ to Mobile, AL and back in a Cirrus SR-22. Since the plane was quite small and filled to the brim with dog crates, my copilot and I were looking forward to a fuel stop. We decided on Conroe because of your fuel prices, and ended up finding one of our new favorite FBOs.

Robin made us feel right at home the second we walked in. Your line service guys were very attentive and took care of the plane right away. All in all the customer service was great, and we appreciated the complimentary personal hygiene products you provide in the bathrooms. We really appreciate all your FBO did for the mission.

It’s everything you want when you land. As we were taxiing in, we were met by someone in golf cart waving a flag to usher us in. It turned out that he was the owner. The staff was extremely nice and fun loving, it was clear they all enjoyed being there. They got us a hotel and great recommendations on where to eat. The next morning our plane was out front, full of fuel and ready to go. Another smiling and happy person met us and reconfirmed our impressions. A great FBO, you won’t be disappointed! Did I mention that they had a B17 in their hangar?
